SCREEN PRINTING

Available for all MiiR T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and tote bags

Screen printing is a process that pushes ink through a mesh screen onto apparel. Blocked screen areas prevent ink flow, creating the printed image.

DETAILS
• Limit 4 colors front, 4 colors back
• All artwork includes an underbase layer
• Order minimum: 48 items (must be ordered in multiples of 6 per size)
• Lead time: 15-18 business days*
• Inside neck label customization and co-branding available

EMBROIDERY

Available for all MiiR hats and beanies

Embroidery is the craft of decorating fabric using a needle to apply thread.

DETAILS:
• Limit 6 thread colors
• Order minimum: 48 items (must be ordered in multiples of 6 per style)
• Lead time: 15-18 business days*

*Large order QTYs and/or intricate artwork may impact lead times. Production begins once art is approved, payment terms are confirmed, and inventory is available.

A stitch count is the number of stitches required to embroider a design.
Screen Setup fees cover the costs of creating screens to print artwork onto your garments.
Embroidery Digitizing fees cover the costs of converting your artwork into a digital file that enables our embroidery machines to understand the needle's path.
Handling fees cover the costs of pulling, staging, and preparing your garments for printing.
Bag ‘N’ Tag fees cover the costs of folding, polybagging, and labeling your garments with size labels.
Fold ‘N’ Box fees cover the costs of folding and bulk-packaging your garments and preparing them to ship.
